Yallameh (or Yalameh) carpets are named after the now settled nomadic tribe that produces them in villages to the south Isfahan, Iran. Although now produced in homes, Yallameh rugs still retain many of the characteristics of nomadic production and are one of the finest nomadic rugs available using superb quality vegatable dyed lambs wool.
