Romy Rugs
Fifteen colourways across seven designs make up the Romy collection, from the quiet pastels of Module to the saturated pinks, greens, blues, ochres and reds of Retro, Kite and Jive. Carving keeps every pattern crisp against its ground. Stocked in three sizes from 120 x 170cm to 200 x 290cm, with made-to-order sizes available on request.
Romy is hand tufted in India from 100% recycled PET yarn, which carries a soft sheen close to viscose, with a 10 mm pile carved to lift each shape clear of its background and an 18 mm latex-backed body. Sizes are 120 x 170 cm, 160 x 230 cm and 200 x 290 cm, with prices from around £209.
Each rug diverts a substantial number of plastic bottles from landfill, and you would not know it from the hand: the fibre is soft, dense and holds colour. Greens, blues, reds, golds and terracottas across abstract and papercut designs make it one of our bolder modern ranges.
