Welcome to Preston Rugs, operated by Lorraine Supplies Limited (VAT 153 9615 51), 144–146 Brownedge Road, Lostock Hall, Preston, PR5 5AE. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 

Ordering

When you place an order you'll receive an acknowledgement email. This confirms we've received your order, but a contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unexpectedly out of stock or there's a pricing error — in which case we'll refund any payment in full.

 

Pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We take care to price accurately, but if a genuine error is found we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.

 

Products

We describe and photograph our rugs as accurately as we can. Natural variation in colour, pile, and size is normal for rugs, and screen colours can differ slightly from the real item. Sizes are approximate.

 

Payment

We accept card payments via Shopify Payments, and instalment payments via Klarna / Clearpay. Using Klarna or Clearpay means entering a separate agreement with them, subject to their terms and eligibility checks.

 

Delivery and returns

Delivery and returns are covered in our Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies, which form part of these terms.

 

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

 

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
