Abbus Ivory Rug

Ivory lets the bouclé texture show most clearly, the loops throwing small shadows across a pale, creamy ground. Soft underfoot and low in height, it lightens a room without the coldness of a true white, and it suits a scheme built on linen, oak and other natural materials.

Part of the Abbus collection — hand-woven in India from polyester in an uneven bouclé weave, with a 4mm pile and a 14mm overall height on a latex backing. The looped yarn breaks the surface into a soft, nubbly texture that catches the light without adding bulk underfoot.
