Aurora Impression Rug

Impression is loosely brushed, gold and warm cream laid on in broad soft strokes with the edges left open. Nothing in it repeats, so it carries the ease of a painted surface rather than a woven one. It warms a scheme built on greys and off-whites, and suits a living room where the walls are kept plain.

Part of the Aurora collection — a machine-woven cut pile in a dense polyester and polypropylene blend, made in Turkey at a low 13mm overall height. The yarn carries a high shine that lifts the pattern under light, and the short pile keeps the rug easy to clean.
