A wide, softly staggered border in warm beige frames an open natural field, worked in looped undyed wool so the tone drifts a little from row to row. Nothing about it is precise, and that is the appeal of it. It brings warmth and a relaxed, slightly rustic edge to a pared-back room.

Part of the Larson collection — hand tufted in India from natural undyed wool in a looped high-low pile, 8mm deep and 10mm overall on a cotton backing. The shifting heights give the wide staggered border its definition and leave a lived-in, slightly weathered surface.
