Torn-paper forms layer across the ground in red, from a warm brick through to a clearer scarlet, their ragged edges deliberately imprecise. The carved detailing exaggerates the overlaps and gives the composition weight. Strong colour handled loosely — it warms a neutral living room and reads well against cream and pale timber.

Part of the Romy collection — hand tufted in India from 100% recycled PET yarn, which carries a soft sheen close to viscose. The 10mm pile is carved to lift each shape clear of its background, and an 18mm latex-backed body sits firmly underfoot.
