Duck egg blue: soft, slightly chalky, and gentle enough to sit alongside almost any other colour in a room. The ribbed wool ground gives it a faintly linen-like look and the plain border tidies the whole thing up. It suits bedrooms and quieter sitting rooms where strong colour would be too much.
