Anders Rugs
The Anders range gathers fifteen abstract designs in grey, blue and a long run of beige and natural tones, so there is a version for most schemes. Sizes start at 120 x 160cm and run up to a generous 240 x 320cm. Because the yarn is space dyed, no two areas of the surface read quite the same, which gives a relaxed boho look a hard-wearing, practical make-up.
Anders is machine woven in Turkey from a space-dyed polyester and polypropylene blend, with a gently raised 12 mm cut pile. The dyeing gives the yarn a faint shimmer and a softly mottled surface, so the abstracts look painted rather than printed. Sizes are 120 x 160 cm, 160 x 240 cm, 200 x 300 cm and 240 x 320 cm, with prices from around £109.
The beige and natural designs are the most popular, because they bring movement to a neutral room without adding colour; the greys and blues suit a cooler scheme. An easy, hard-wearing living room choice.
