Anders Crosshatch Natural Rug

An open crosshatch of warm tan over an ivory ground, drawn freehand so the grid stays loose and irregular. The result has the look of a hand-printed cloth rather than a machine-made rug. It brings warmth and a little structure to a room built on neutrals.

Part of the Anders collection — machine woven in Turkey from a space-dyed polyester and polypropylene blend, with a gently raised cut pile standing 12mm overall. The dyeing gives the yarn a faint shimmer and a softly mottled tone, while the low pile keeps it durable and easy to live with.
