Korra Rugs
Korra is a natural floorcovering with more to it than plain jute: wool loops are worked through the weave to soften the surface and add depth of colour. Charcoal, slate, linen and cream pairings sit over the same neutral base, and each is offered in five sizes from a 68 x 240cm runner to 240 x 340cm. Made-to-order sizes are available on request.
Korra is woven in India on a traditional loom, with twisted wool loops carried through a jute ground, a cotton border and a latex backing. The flat 16 mm construction puts natural fibre texture underfoot. Sizes run from a 68 x 240 cm runner through 120 x 170 cm and 160 x 230 cm to 200 x 290 cm and 240 x 340 cm, with prices from around £139.
