Korra Double Loop Charcoal Cream Rug

Charcoal wool loops are worked in a double row against a cream jute ground, so the colour reads as a fine stripe rather than a solid block. The contrast is the strongest in the range, giving a natural floorcovering some graphic definition, and the cotton border keeps the edges square and neat.

Part of the Korra collection — woven in India on a traditional loom, with twisted wool loops carried through a jute ground, a cotton border and a TPR latex backing. The flat 16mm construction puts natural fibre texture underfoot, and the loops are worked in single and double versions.
