Soumak Rugs

Soumak is jute at its plainest and most useful — no pattern, no pile, just the texture of the weave itself. Two natural shades are made, a pale natural and a warmer straw. Four sizes run from a 66 x 200 cm runner up to 200 x 300 cm, so the same weave can be used in a hall and in the room it opens onto.
