Aurora Strata Rug

Strata layers bands of gold, bronze and soft stone one above another, in the manner of cut rock seen in section. The marbling keeps each band uneven, so nothing lines up too neatly and the whole thing stays relaxed. Warmth without a strong pattern statement, which makes it an easy companion to dark timber and leather.

Part of the Aurora collection — a machine-woven cut pile in a dense polyester and polypropylene blend, made in Turkey at a low 13mm overall height. The yarn carries a high shine that lifts the pattern under light, and the short pile keeps the rug easy to clean.
