Mirage Blur Terra Rug

Blur smears its forms sideways, as though the pattern had been drawn through with a wide brush, and terracotta gives that movement real heat. Rust, clay and pale sand run together across the surface, and the carved pile stops the softness from turning shapeless.

Part of the Mirage collection — a machine-woven shaggy rug made in Turkey from a polypropylene and polyester blend, with a 20mm pile and a 25mm overall height over a jute backing. The high-low construction carves each design physically into the surface, leaving it soft underfoot and quietly textured.
