Rise Rust Rug

Rust is the warmest of the Rise colours, a burnt orange-brown with real depth to it once the viscose sheen comes through. The carved border contains the colour, which stops it overwhelming a smaller room. A good foil to cream walls and a useful way of warming a north-facing sitting room.

Part of the Rise collection — hand-tufted in India from a wool and viscose blend, with a hand-carved low border framing a raised centre. At 20mm overall the high-low surface reads as a quiet plain from across the room, with the viscose lending a soft sheen to the pile.
