Simplicity Blonde Rug

Blonde is the lighter of the two, a pale golden jute that keeps a room bright while still showing the twist and grain of the fibre. Hand woven into a close loop, the surface is firm and slightly rugged underfoot, and it sits naturally with pale wood, linen and whitewashed walls.

Part of the Simplicity collection — a hand-woven rug in 100% jute, twisted into a 10mm loop pile at 15mm overall on a cotton backing. Nothing is added beyond the fibre itself, so the texture of the jute and its natural colour variation carry the whole rug. Made by hand in India.
