Stellar Strata Grey Rug

Layered horizontal passages of grey, putty and cream, brushed rather than drawn, so the bands blur where they meet. The rug reads as texture from a distance and as movement up close. It sits comfortably under pale furniture and softens a hard floor.

Part of the Stellar collection — machine woven in Turkey from a polypropylene and polyester blend, 12mm overall, with a high-low pile that lifts the abstract pattern into relief. The yarn carries a bright lustre that moves with the light, and the surface is hard-wearing and straightforward to keep clean.
