Tigra Spice Rug

Spice brings a warm rust-orange to the Tigra pattern, the markings standing out clearly against a lighter ground. The carved pile gives them depth, so the design holds its presence from right across a room. It is the boldest of the three, and it earns its place in a scheme built on wood and warm neutrals.

Part of the Tigra collection — hand woven in India from 100% wool, with cut and looped pile worked at different heights so the animal markings are carved into the surface. At 18mm overall it has genuine substance underfoot, and the pattern shows through texture as much as through colour.
