Wilder Tiger Spice Rug

Tiger stripes sweep across the rug in warm spice orange against a paler ground, the markings drawn loose and irregular as they are in nature. The high and low pile gives the stripes physical relief as well as colour, and one rug like this is usually enough pattern for a room.

Part of the Wilder collection — machine woven in India from 100% polyester with an 8mm cut pile and 18mm total height, the varied pile depth giving each marking a raised, shadowed edge. The surface is soft to the touch and built to take daily wear on a cotton backing.
