Ascot Green Rug

A deep, even green fills the wool centre, with the carved viscose border catching light along each edge so the colour looks brighter at the frame than in the field. It gives a neutral scheme a considered note of colour and suits a room with dark wood, cream walls or leather seating.

Part of the Ascot collection — a hand-woven rug in 65% wool and 35% viscose, with a short cut pile carved to lift the broad border clear of the field. The wool centre is matt and dense, the viscose border catches the light, and each rug is made in India over a cotton backing.
