A fine white ground crossed by twisting black lines, drawn like loose wire laid across the floor. The hand-carved pile lifts each line slightly clear of the background, so the pattern reads as clearly from the doorway as it does underfoot. Graphic without being cold, and easy to sit alongside pale walls and dark furniture.
