Angular trapezium shapes are cut into a soft beige ground, tilting and overlapping so the design shifts as you cross the room. Tonal rather than contrasting, it gives a neutral scheme structure and interest while keeping the floor quiet, and the natural colouring suits oak and pale paintwork.

Part of the Mason collection — machine woven in India from microfibre polyester, with a 13mm cut-and-loop pile that carves each design in relief against a plain ground. The finish is soft and lightly brushed underfoot, 14mm in total over a cotton backing, giving quiet texture rather than obvious colour.
