Olsen Ridge Rug

Ridge works raised, ribbed lines out across a cream circle, following the curve so the whole rug reads as one continuous form. As a round rug it suits a bay window, a reading chair or the middle of a small room, where a rectangle would fight the shape of the space.

Part of the Olsen collection — hand tufted in India in pure wool, with loop and cut pile hand carved into the surface to give real depth. The pile stands between 10 and 15mm, 20mm in total over a cotton, polyester and latex backing, so the texture is substantial and warm underfoot.
