Wool Rugs
Wool remains the benchmark for a quality rug: naturally soft, resilient, flame-resistant and blessed with a subtle sheen that synthetic fibres can't quite match. It also handles wear beautifully, springing back where other piles flatten.
Weighing wool against man-made fibres? Read our comparison of wool, polypropylene and polyester rugs.
Our wool rugs centre on two collections: Kashqai, woven in Belgium from 100% pure new wool in authentic classic and tribal designs, and Goa, a tweed-style flatweave woven from a space-dyed blend of British and New Zealand wool with a rugged, natural character. Both are investments that reward you for decades.
If you're deciding between wool and man-made fibres, it's a choice best made in person. Order online with free UK delivery, or visit our showroom in Lostock Hall, Preston, open Monday to Saturday, to see and feel the rugs in person.
