Hive Charcoal Rug

The honeycomb repeat is set against charcoal that fades from near-black at one end to a pale grey at the other, so the pattern seems to lighten as it travels. In pure wool the surface has a matt, dense quality that suits a dark colour. It gives a plain room a single strong idea to build around.
