York Forest Green Rug

Forest green, deep and slightly blackened, with the ribbed weave breaking the colour into fine lines of light and shadow. It is the strongest of the greens here and reads as a considered piece of colour rather than an accent, particularly against oak floors, brass and darker painted walls.

Part of the York collection — hand woven in India from pure wool, combining cut and looped yarn in a finely ribbed ground held inside a plain border. At 19mm overall it carries real weight underfoot, and the natural fibre brings quiet texture and honest, long-wearing value.
